Au Pied de cochon - The Album is the official Pied de Cochon cookbook published by
Martin Picard and entirely produced by friends and staff of the restaurant.

The book celebrates the 5th anniversary of
Au Pied de Cochon and chronicles life at the
restaurant over a one year period. It features
numerous stories, more than 500 photos
and dozens of illustrations and cartoons.

The Album contains 55 original recipes from
the PDC with detailed step by step pictures.
It also includes a DVD with over two hours
of material including live recipes and short
documentaries. It is also a tribute to our
local suppliers whose quality products
determine the menu at the PDC.

The french edition of the book opens on a 48 page comic book, Un Cochon errant, a story about a lone pig travelling around the province of Quebec through historic times.
